Role Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric/Equivalent. 3-year Degree or Diploma in the Sales and Marketing field will be highly advantageous. Must be in possession of a Code 08 (B) driver's license. Minimum 2 years' FMCG experience (Dairy experience will be an added advantage) Basic Computer literacy (MS Outlook and Office). Proven personal attributes include interpersonal, written and verbal communication, numeracy, accuracy, negotiation, independence, and persuasiveness. Strong Numeracy skills & attention to detail. Ability to engage across different levels Well-developed social judgement.

Key Performance Areas:

Generating sales leads, acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer accounts to increase revenue. Developing a comprehensive understanding of dairy products including their features, benefits, and applications to effectively promote and sell them. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. Effectively managing assigned territories, including route planning, scheduling customer visits and optimizing sales opportunities within the region. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Ensuring accurate and timely order processing, delivery coordination and inventory management to meet customer demand and maintain customer satisfaction. Implementing promotional campaigns, product demonstrations and sampling activities to increase brand awareness and stimulate sales. Generating sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and providing feedback to management to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and business activities to ensure legal compliance and maintain the company's reputation
