The Sales Representative (SR) function is to increase product sales and placement at all large & small format stores. The primary role of the SR is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner to NUTRITECH executional standards.
These are establishments where someone would buy, taste and/or consume a NUTRITECH product, including independent retailers, pharmacies, chain stores and training facilities. By combining finely-honed organizational skills with infectious enthusiasm, NUTRITECH staff operate as true ambassadors of the NUTRITECH brand.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
(proven performance in)
2+ Years prior sales experience
Knowledge of the supplementation market preferred
Deep understanding of fitness, sports and wellness industries, including currently relevant Athletes
Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Contract and negotiation skills - constructing, reviewing and negotiating the most advantageous agreements
Good mathematical skills
Able to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of week and weekends
Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from HQ, Sales Manager and the Directors
Current driver's license with clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years old
CLIENT MANAGEMENT:
Manage NUTRITECH products in assigned NUTRITECH HQ clients
Determine current and on going product needs at clients*
Ensure that all NUTRITECH equipment is clean and in good working order.

EXECUTION:
Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers to increase sales and selling space
Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Sales Manager.
Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and other merchandising components.
Build and protect the NUTRITECH brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and set proper brand flow following NUTRITECH standards.
BUILDING SUCCESS:
Collaborate with members of the NUTRITECH Sales, Creative and Operations Teams to develop and execute programs.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.
