Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction and maintenance sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with our services. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative (experience in construction, maintenance, or related industries preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
