oThis position will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and targets within the salon channel across Amka Skin & Body.
oThis position will be responsible for growing sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients.
oMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
oEnsuring that Amka Skin & Body has a fair and equitable trading policy that is competitive and defendable.
oExpertise in business planning, managing trade investment strategically, key negotiations, forecasting excellence and annual customer planning.
oAccountable for delivery of sales is a necessary requirement as the position will require the incumbent to work functionally across the channel and internal business.
oAccurate forecasting informed by trends, promotional activity, ROS, customer stock holding and monthly Net Sales target and margin achievement.
oPropose best practices and promotional trends.
oEffectively deliver product knowledge and business education.
oPrice Increases - Ensure that PIs are introduced to customers appropriately to ensure that pricing is accepted and facilitated in a timely and efficient manner.
oStay in line with competitors and implement strategic objectives.
Qualification and Skills
:
oQualification in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
o1-2 Years Sales Experience at the same level.
oAbility to manage time, deadlines, and processes.
oExcellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
oProficiency in MS Office.
oMotivation for sales.
oMust have the ability to think and act strategically, have a good sense for sales and business principles.
oEntrepreneurial qualities; team player, self-starter.
