IT Telecallers / Inside Sales Representatives
who are passionate about technology and business development. This role focuses on outbound and inbound tele-calling to promote Techunity's IT solutions and services to large South African organizations.
Role Overview
The Sales Representative (IT Telecaller) will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective enterprise clients, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent and professional tele-calling activities.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in IT services, enterprise solutions, and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective enterprise and mid-to-large organizations across South Africa.
Engage decision-makers and influencers such as IT Managers, CIOs, Procurement Heads, and Operations Leaders.
Introduce and promote Techunity's enterprise IT services, including:
Managed IT Support (Windows, Linux)
Cloud Services (AWS, Azure)
Enterprise Platforms (Oracle, SAP, SAS)
Qualify leads by understanding client pain points, business needs, and technical requirements.
Schedule follow-up calls, product discussions, and meetings for senior sales or technical teams.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Support the full sales cycle by nurturing prospects until handoff or closure.
Collaborate with U.S.-based sales and delivery teams to align messaging and offerings.
Consistently meet daily calling targets, lead qualification goals, and monthly performance metrics.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT tele-calling, inside sales, or B2B sales support (enterprise exposure preferred).
Strong verbal communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding or strong interest in IT services, cloud technologies, and enterprise software.
Experience handling outbound sales calls, cold calling, and lead qualification.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders over the phone.
