Your Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and guide customers through our services Understand customer needs and recommend the right repair or refinishing solution Provide clear explanations of processes, pricing, and booking availability Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments Maintain a positive and professional manner on every call Coordinate with our technicians to schedule jobs efficiently Keep accurate records of customer details, quotes, and job requirements

Ideal Candidate:

Confident communicator with a warm, customer-focused approach Experience in sales, call handling, or customer service Able to explain technical services clearly (training provided) Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries Motivated to hit conversion targets and deliver an excellent customer experience A team player with strong attention to detail
