Duties

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in B2B sales environments.
Manage territory effectively by planning visits, prioritizing prospects, and optimizing sales routes for maximum coverage.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue opportunities.
Participate in inside sales activities such as follow-up calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings when appropriate.

Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
