in commission when our hottest season begins.What You'll Be Doing
Start with a
training period
where you'll refine your pitch and handle some cold outreach Progress to workingonly warm leads
-- high-intent prospects who've clicked on our ads Sell educational packages ranging from100-900
Spend most of your day on the phone, helping families choose the right support -- andclosing deals
What We're Looking For
2+ years of outbound sales experience
(UK/US markets preferred)Strong phone-based sales skills
-- you know how to sell with confidence and clarityC1/C2 level English
A proven track record of closing, not just following upCompensation & Flexibility
Up to $625/month guaranteed allowance during your training period
$2,500+ per month
achievable in commissions during peak season for top performersIndependent contractor
role -- unlimited unpaid leave and flexible scheduling Flexible shifts acrossUK and US hours
Initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity togrow across departments
