to join our growing glass processing and hardware division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of glass products, aluminium systems, and hardware accessories, with proven sales skills in the building, construction, and fabrication industries.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including fabricators, contractors, architects, and hardware suppliers.
Promote and sell our full range of glass processing services (e.g., toughened glass, laminated glass, double glazing) and hardware products (e.g., hinges, locks, handles, sliding systems).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information to clients.
Provide technical advice and product knowledge to customers to ensure they choose the right solutions.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits as required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly reports to management.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in glass processing, aluminium systems, or hardware (minimum 3 years preferred).
Strong network within the construction, glazing, or hardware industries.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge of glass types, processing methods, and related hardware products.
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM systems.
