Natal Stainless Steel is a leading supplier in the stainless steel industry, committed to delivering top-quality products and services to our customers. We are currently looking for two motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our Sales team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking two recent graduates from any field of study to fill full-time Sales Representative roles. No prior experience is required, though candidates with 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service will have an advantage. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Sales department Update and manage stock requests and replenishment in Excel Contact dormant customers to re-establish communication Research and identify new potential customers Prepare and send quotes to customers, and follow up via phone Process incoming customer orders Assist with purchasing and receiving of stock Update and maintain local suppliers' product selling prices

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication skills - confident on the phone and via email Attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Customer service mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

A completed degree (any field) No experience required (1+ years of experience in a similar role is advantageous) Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: R6000,00 - R8500,00 per month
