Manage and grow existing accounts within the sports and eyewear retail space
Identify, target, and open new retail accounts across sports, fashion, outdoor, footwear, and departmental stores
Execute the brand's sales strategy to achieve and exceed distribution and revenue targets
Conduct product presentations, line showings, and seasonal sell-ins
Deliver product knowledge training to buyers and retail staff
Plan and manage territory visits to maximise in-store presence and sell-through
Track sales performance and provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and market insights
Ensure strong visual merchandising and brand execution at store level
Support retail partners with training focused on driving sell-out
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through attention to detail and solution-based selling
Maintain high standards of store appearance, displays, and inventory organisation
Protect and secure all company assets within the assigned territory
Matric
Sales and marketing degree would be an added advantage
Excel at intermediate level
Travelling will be required
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, functions and cultures
Quarterly after-hour activations and events
Flexibility and open to change
3-5 years of proven sales experience in wholesale
Valid driver's licencewith own reliable vehicle
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Between 3 - 5 Years
