- Bilingual (Afrikaans / English)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exemplary professional and work ethic
- Self-driven, disciplined and competitive nature with strong entrepreneurial drive
- Exhibit leadership acumen
- 3-10 + years of sales experience
- Extensive customer experience in various fields of earthmoving,mining, agriculture, construction and transportation
- Passion for expanding existing knowledge across all brands of heavy equipment, including wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, graders, articulated and rigid trucks and more.
- High level proficiency with technology on various devices that includes customer relations management (CRM)
