Sales Representative Required

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, Identify and Close New Customers: Utilise various channels (outbound calls, networking, referrals, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of potential clients and successfully close deals.
Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass established sales quotas and targets.
Conduct Consultations: Engage with potential clients to assess their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Present Tailored Solutions: Clearly and effectively communicate the value of Axe Security's products and services.
Prepare Quotes and Proposals: Provide customised security solutions and accurate quotations to clients.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay Informed: Continuously update yourself on industry trends, product offerings and competitor activities.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the security, technology or services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Matric or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
PSiRA Registration is required.
