Job Description
Minimum of 5-8 years Sales Rep experience into Retail Stores
Matric
Valid drivers license
Literate in English and Afrikaans
Experience in FMCG (Retail / Chainv/ Wholesalers)
Problem solver
Bilingual
Candidate must have their own reliable transport Tracker will be installed at companys expense.
Training to be attended at Head Office in Johannesburg (candidate will be tested on product knowledge on an ongoing basis)
Will be responsible for:
Working out personal sales strategy and execution
Driving profitable growth and account development
Servicing existing clientele as well as searching for new business opportunities (cold calling)
Following up on sales leads
Ensuring sales targets are met
Look after +- 5 Merchandisers/Promotors
Handling related administrative tasks
Typical clientele:
Checkers, Checkers Hypers, Shoprite, PnP Family stores, Wholesalers, Spar Stores and Food outlets
Do work one Saturday per month as well as when needed with Market days and Store Openings.
Areas to cover:
- Eastrand with Middelburg & Witbank
Car Allowance: R4000.00
Petrol card
Cell phone Allowance: R1150.00
Pension Fund and Funeral cover at fixed % of Basic Salary
