Technical Sales & Presentations: Explain complex technical concepts simply, provide demonstrations, and present solutions to client.
Customer Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and maintain contact with existing clients.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, applications, and industry trends to act as a subject matter expert.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure, close, and renew sales orders.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product questions, installation, or technical issues.
Reporting: Track sales, monitor customer feedback, and report market developments to management.
