Position Overview
We are seeking a
driven and results-oriented Sales Representative
to grow our client base, manage existing accounts, and promote TVL Training's accredited training solutions. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Promote and sell accredited training programmes and services
Conduct client visits, presentations, and needs analyses
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports
Represent TVL Training professionally at all times
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) - essential
Proven sales experience (training, services, or B2B sales advantageous)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems advantageous)
Added Advantage
Experience in training, skills development, or health & safety industry
Knowledge of SETA-accredited training
Existing corporate or industrial client network
