Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, customer-focused
Sales Representative
to join our Oceans Mall store. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, experienced in retail sales, and driven by delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and create a premium in-store experience. Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice. Drive daily sales and actively work towards store targets. Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor. Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately. Keep the store clean, organized, and stock levels monitored. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
Previous retail sales experience (fashion retail preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor. Driven by sales and customer satisfaction. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
