Innovative Acquisitions International is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team in Durban, South Africa. As an entry-level Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. Remote working is not available for this role.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through, networking, and market research. Present and promote the company's products and services to potential customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the needs of the client. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
