About Us:

Ozz Cash & Carry is a fast-growing wholesale and retail business supplying a wide range of household goods, plasticware, and everyday items. We're looking for a Telesales Representative who is not only confident on the phone but also accurate, fast, and efficient with data capturing and computer work.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making sales over the phone, assisting customers, processing orders quickly and accurately, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote and sell products.

Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with pricing, product info, and orders.

Accurately capture orders and customer information into the system quickly and efficiently.

Process invoices and ensure data is entered correctly with no delays.

Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Meet daily and monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements:

Previous telesales or customer service experience (wholesale / FMCG experience is advantageous).

Excellent computer skills -- must be fast and accurate with data capturing, invoicing systems, and Excel/WhatsApp.

Clear and confident phone manner with excellent communication skills.

Sales-driven, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).

Punctual, organised, and able to work under pressure.
