Job Description

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and utilizing client referrals.

Relationship Building:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Product/Service Presentation:

Understanding the company's offerings and presenting them effectively to potential customers, highlighting benefits and features.

Negotiation:

Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms of sale with customers to secure deals and close business.

Sales Goal Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain positive relationships.

Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Staying Updated:

Maintaining knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
