Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative (Closer), you will be responsible for closing deals with motivated sellers. You'll work closely with our acquisitions team to follow up with leads, present offers, and negotiate terms. This role requires excellent communication, strong sales acumen, and a track record of success in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with qualified leads and build rapport with sellers
• Present and negotiate cash offers to homeowners
• Guide prospects through the sales process to the close
• Meet and exceed KPIs including conversion rates and contracts closed
• Manage pipeline and notes within CRM software
• Collaborate with acquisitions and dispositions team for smooth deal flow
• Maintain a deep understanding of local real estate market trends and property values

• Proven track record of real estate sales or closings (show deals closed in the past 12 months)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the real estate investment process (wholesaling, flips, etc.)
• Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, Zoom, Google Workspace, and other sales tools
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
• Available to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekend flexibility
• Preferred: Real estate license (not required but a plus)
• Background in wholesaling or investment real estate
