Resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Co-ordinate regular meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Actively promote laboratory services to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals and sample volumes.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and practice staff.
Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives.
Generate regular customer and sales performance reports (including sample volume metrics).
Create and implement plans to address client needs and drive growth.
Advise clients on efficient and profitable referral processes.
Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to retain and grow market share.
Collaborate with senior management to meet customer and sales objectives.
Achieve set sales targets and KPIs linked to sample volume and client acquisition.
Maintain accurate CRM and client records.
