We are a well-established, nationally-operating catering company seeking a

dynamic and experienced Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

corporate contract proposals and presentations

, with a strong preference for experience in the

hospitality industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development within the

Retirement and Corporate

sectors. Identify prospective clients, assess their catering needs, and propose tailored solutions. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations that align with company standards and values. Negotiate and close sales contracts, including involvement in terms and conditions. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research, cold calling, and lead generation activities. Attend relevant sales meetings, networking events, and functions. Collaborate with the operations team to finalise pricing and practical service delivery. Ensure growth of the division and achievement of the sales budget. Follow a structured, professional, and ethical sales process from lead to contract.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience. Minimum of

3 years' experience

in sales, business development, or client acquisition.

Proven track record

of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience preparing and delivering

corporate proposals and presentations

.

NON-NEGOTIABLE:

Strong knowledge and experience in the

Catering Management industry

. Own reliable transport is essential.
