Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, 9AM-5PM US EST
Type of Job: Fully Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Range: Up to $1500/month + performance based variable

About the Role: The Sales Representative role is responsible for building and managing client acquisition pipeline. This role focuses on identifying, researching, engaging, and closing high quality newsletter operators, podcasters, YouTube channel owners, and event organizers through outbound outreach. The position plays a critical role in ensuring a consistent flow of new customers by handling sourcing, outreach, qualification, and closing of new customers. ???
Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify newsletter operators, podcasters, YouTube channel owners, and event organizers that match target profile
  • Find and verify accurate contact details across non traditional and niche data sources
  • Build and maintain organized creator lead lists and pipelines
  • Run outbound email and messaging campaigns to engage creators
  • Qualify creators based on audience size, engagement, category, and sponsorship readiness
  • Book meetings and take sales calls to close new customers
  • Track outreach activity, replies, and conversion metrics
  • Document workflows and build scalable creator sourcing SOPs
  • Continuously refine targeting and messaging in collaboration with leadership
Hard Skills Required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in outbound sales, lead generation, research, and closing
  • Strong internet research and data sourcing skills
  • Experience running cold outreach campaigns
  • Ability to qualify leads based on structured criteria
  • Experience closing for service-based companies
  • Proficiency managing pipelines, spreadsheets, or CRM systems
Soft Skills Required
  • Strong written English and clear communication
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in early stage environments
  • Self directed and performance driven
  • Coachable and eager to improve based on feedback
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with newsletter, podcast, YouTube channel, or event partnerships
  • Knowledge of sponsorship or media monetization models
