Our client operates a financial technology platform that is revolutionising the way businesses access capital in the United States, with operations managed from South Africa. Traditional business financing can be slow, complex, and costly -- their platform changes this by using proprietary technology, deep industry expertise, and an ethical-first approach to deliver fast, transparent, and tailored funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Their offering is expanding beyond financing into receivables, payables, and embedded payments, giving businesses greater control over their cash flow.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their high-performing sales team in Cape Town. In this role, you will engage directly with qualified leads, guiding them through a streamlined financing process and helping businesses secure the funding they need to grow.

You'll play a key role in driving revenue while representing a fast-growing, innovative fintech company. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact, develop your sales skills, and be part of a motivated, high-performing team.

How You'll Make An Impact



Conduct proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups with prospects. Manage and maintain your sales pipeline efficiently, moving leads through the sales process Conducting comprehensive qualification processes to identify and leverage prime B2B business opportunities. Collaborate closely with team members and sales leadership to consistently exceed sales targets. Maintaining meticulous and insightful records within the CRM system to ensure optimal lead management and data integrity. Utilize our clients proven playbook and technology to streamline your workflow and maximize your results. Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and collaborative office environment.

Requirements



Proven ability to engage prospects, overcome objections, and consistently close deals Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building genuine relationships Highly self-motivated, energetic, and resilient under pressure Passionate about achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a strong drive for personal and professional growth Experience using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is an advantage Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and sales strategies Background in competitive environments (athletics, hospitality, or similar) is a plus Go-getter attitude with a hunger to succeed in sales Call centre experience is advantageous Strong, resilient mindset with determination to persevere until targets are met and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
