Building sustainable customer relationships with existing and NEW customers in order to maximise market advantage. This is to be achieved by focussing on all existing and potential opportunities for the sale of EPS products and solutions.
Awareness of broader SG proposition to pass on potential opportunities presented.
Grow market share, improve share of wallet by driving visible brand presence.
70% spend sourcing new customers 30% looking after Existing customer.
Engage with customers on various levels (Buyer to Management).
Administration:
Responsibility for Regional Forecast, Debt Management, Salesforce, Safety Aspect within area of responsibility and reporting lines.
Operational Support:
Attend Regional Project & Sales meetings where required and giving timeous feedback as and when required.
Is this job for you?
This role requires an individual with Matric and a Degree, Diploma or relevant industry qualification in construction/building disciplines is preferred, or equivalent industry experience. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of customer-facing experience, strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities. They should demonstrate technical understanding, a commitment to continuous self-development and preferably possess knowledge of the construction market and broader economic drivers. Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive a manual vehicle.
