Sales Representative
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who is dependable and a team player to assist customers in the factory shop.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Prepare labels, bar codes and prices as per specification and batch them for use
Assist walk in customers
Assist at the till as and when needed
Do a manual stocktake quarterly
Checking and receiving stock
Unpack and clean towels and barcodes
Filling of shelves
Spot check on stock
Ensure tidiness and housekeeping is maintained at the shop
Answer telephone calls
Ensure that all sales are booked through the Point of Sales system
Handle all till sales purchases via cash / cards
Ensure accurate payment is received and accurate change is issued
Cash up tills at the end of the shift
Qualifications/Training:
Grade 12
Must have at least 1 year working experience in the Retail environment
Excellent attention to detail skills
Good communication skills
