Job Description

Novelty Anchors is currently searching for sales representatives that are going to be responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services by identifying leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales. Key duties include prospecting new clients through methods like cold calling or referrals, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. They must consistently work to meet or exceed sales targets.


Client and lead management: Identify, contact, and engage potential customers. Qualify leads and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing clients.


Sales and product expertise: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and solutions. Demonstrate products and answer questions thoroughly.


Negotiation and closing: Negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close deals to meet sales quotas.


Market and competitor awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and provide valuable client feedback.



After-sales service: Provide ongoing support for customer inquiries and issues after a sale has been made.

Required skills and qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and present information clearly.


Negotiation and persuasion: Strong ability to negotiate prices and terms and persuade potential customers.


Customer focus: A commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.


Self-motivation: The drive to meet or exceed sales targets with a proactive and self-assured approach.



Education : A high school diploma (Matric/NQ level 4) is often the minimum requirement, Pursuing additional education in sales and marketing would be highly advantageous.
