Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the company's acquisition strategy. Your focus will be on cold calling, nurturing leads, qualifying property sellers, and negotiating initial purchase terms. You will work closely with a small but high-energy team, helping to identify motivated sellers and build rapport that leads to successful real estate deals.

Requirements

• South African residency with reliable internet and own equipment (laptop/headset/etc.).
• Proven cold calling and outbound sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to work U.S. hours (3:15 PM - 12:00 AM SAST).
• Real estate experience is a plus - training will be provided.

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to property owners across the U.S.
• Build rapport, ask open-ended questions, and uncover seller pain points.
• Gather key property details and assess sale readiness.
• Qualify leads based on internal deal criteria.
• Accurately record and update CRM with lead information and status.
• Coordinate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with the team.
