Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
Participate in team meetings, sales training, and industry events.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
