Additionally, the candidate should be adept at handling the Director's social media platforms and coordinating online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage the Director's schedule, including setting up and confirming appointments.
Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director.
Organize and maintain office files and records.
Travel Coordination:
Accompany the Director on business trips as needed.
Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Social Media Management:
Maintain and update the Director's social media platforms.
Engage with online audiences and monitor social media activity.
Coordinate content creation and postings in line with the Director's objectives.
Representation:
Act as the first point of contact for the Director's office.
Handle inquiries and represent the Director professionally in meetings when required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Matric Certificate (essential).
Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in administration or social media management (advantageous).
Skills & Attributes:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
Flexibility to travel on short notice.
Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with a
commission structure
