Duties and Responsibilities

Planning: Customer Target Plan
Develop and submit Customer Target plans to Sales Supervisor.
Upload plans to Fincon system.
Maintain Monthly Import Sheet, updated by the 28th of each month for the following month.
Ensure cumulative targets exceed monthly targets and align with Customer Target Brackets Goals.
Execution: Daily Sales Activities
Conduct your minimum outgoing sales calls daily.
Generate at least the minimum number of quotes daily.
Process at least the minimum number of Sales Orders daily.
Train and encourage customers to make use of our online sales portal.
Achieve your daily sales target.
Customer Engagement: Mailing List Subscription
Maintain and increase the percentage of customers subscribed to the company's mailing list.
Results: Achieving Targets
Achieve the set Customer Target Brackets Goals.
Ensure Monthly GP and brand targets are consistently achieved.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
A monthly Customer Target Plan generated and submitted to the Sales Manager.
Actual performance achieved against target and sales plan.
Achievement of performance metrics for Outgoing Calls, Quotes, Sales Orders, and Website Orders daily.
Daily target Achievement.
Achievement of Brand Targets.
Maintaining an active customer base.
