Role Overview We're hiring a Sales Representative/Business Development Executive to help convert warm inbound leads into long-term clients. You'll serve as the bridge between interested prospects and successful client partnerships - identifying needs, crafting tailored solutions, and closing impactful deals. Key Responsibilities Qualify and engage inbound leads generated from company websites and marketing campaigns. Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client goals and challenges. Present customized proposals across digital marketing and growth service offerings. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report key performance metrics weekly. Continuously refine sales messaging based on feedback and performance data. Requirements Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in agency or service-based environments). Strong English communication and presentation skills. High ownership mindset-a self-starter who thrives in autonomy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting. Tech-savvy: proficient with CRM tools, email outreach systems.
