Job Description

Key Performance Areas:

Performance Metrics:

Visit customers to review current stock on hand / excess stock / stock to be re-turned to assess effectiveness of the Sales Representatives in Trade.

Training:

Evaluates sales team skills, training, morale, and adherence to the defined sales process.

Reporting:

Prepares detailed reports with findings and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Customer Relationship:

To monitor Customer & Sales Representative relationship to identify gaps that could lead to loss of sales.

Competencies/Required Skills, Abilities and Attributes:

Proven track record of sales success.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Deep understanding of products/services and market.

Resilience, time management, and organization.

Proficiency with sales technology (CRM, automation tools).

Must have own reliable Transport.

Must be fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans, a third language will be advantageous.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Permanent Full Time position

Salary Range & Benefits: Market Related

Location: Stikland
