Summary
A company based in Tzaneen is looking for a Sales Representative, that has solid sales experience selling to farmers. If you have previous experience in selling seeds / Fruit Agrochemicals or any fruit background, then this role is for you. Candidate must be based in Tzaneen or at least 30 KM from to attend office days. Some days you will be travelling extensively to Mpumalanga, Northwest, Gauteng, and Limpopo.
Description
Duties:

• Managing farmer and packhouse accounts.
• Providing technical support to farmers and packhouses on product-related matters.
• Offering essential customer service and support.
• Expanding market share in the fruit/citrus industry.
• Contributing to sales planning and budget preparation.
• Assisting in organizing farmers' days and promotional activities.
• Coordinating product trials within the designated region.
• Gathering and reporting current market trends and data.
• Maintaining expertise in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of sales administration tasks.
• Delivering the product to farmers and packhouses when required.
• Overseeing all commercial activities within the assigned region.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:

• Matric + any Certificates or tertiary qualifications welcome.

Essential Skills Requirements:

• 3 + years of Sales Representative / Account Management experience
• Basic Windows (Laptop & Tablet) knowledge
• Must have a valid driver's license to drive to farmers
• Must know about harvest times / Seasons for certain Fruits & Vegetables.
