Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Plumbing Salesperson to join our team in the Plumbing Department.
Characteristics Required:
> Sound product knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, accessories
Key Responsibilities:
> Pleasantly assist customers and share expert advice on plumbing fittings, pipes, valves, taps, geysers, and related products.
> Upsell and cross-sell related items to increase sales.
> Maintain accurate knowledge of current stock, pricing, and promotions.
> Ensure the plumbing section is well-merchandised, clean, and fully stocked.
> Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
> Assist with stock takes, inventory control, and receiving stock.
Requirements:
> Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
> 2-3 years' experience in plumbing sales within a retail or wholesale environment.
> Strong knowledge of plumbing products
> Strong customer service and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R4000,00 - R6000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
