Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Salesperson to join our paint department. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of all Paint products, brushes and related accessories, and be able to provide professional advice and solutions to both DIY customers and trade professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Pleasantly assist customers with the Paint requirements based on their needs.

> Provide expert advice on Paint & accessories

> Match ? tint colors using automated tinting systems from our 3 major suppliers

> Upsell and cross-sell related items to increase sales.

> Maintain accurate knowledge of current stock, pricing, and promotions.

> Ensure the Paint department is well-merchandised, clean, and fully stocked.

> Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

> Assist with stock takes, inventory control, and receiving stock.

Requirements:

> Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent

> Minimum 3 years' experience in the Paint Department within a retail or wholesale environment (including tinting)

> Strong knowledge of Paint products

> Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R5500,00 - R7000,00 per month
