Sales Operations Manager
Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering operational and sales excellence.
Oversees day-to-day sales operations ensuring that Lumen
expectations are met, Agent satisfaction is maintained, and
continuous process improvement is realized for the program. The
Sales Manager is accountable for the performance against Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Team Leaders and continuous
learning initiatives for the Agents of the team. The Sales Manager
also collaborates with the training department to ensure process
improvements are implemented on the new hire level and within the
business.
