Candidate Requirements:

Grade 12 is essential
Tertiary education in Hospitality & Tourism advantageous
Must have experience in, and knowledge of East Africa
Experience in safari sales is advantageous
A minimum of 5 years in the safari industry is essential
Experience in a sales/operations environment is essential
Must have knowledge of Business Sales Systems such as ResRequest, Bazaruto, Hubspot etc
Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Must have excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset

Responsibilities (not limited to)

You will be working closely alongside Travel Specialists, managing some of the administrative and operational tasks of the sales process from quotes to client travel
Liaising with the finance team and ensuring invoicing kept up to date and correct
Ensuring all reconfirmations with travel partners are done and all in place
