Full Time | Remote | Reports to CEO

We are searching for an operations integrator who is equal parts systems thinker and hands-on executor. Someone who sees chaos and creates order. Someone who is energized by solving bottlenecks that unlock revenue.

Turn our sales and marketing strategy into a smooth, automated, reliable revenue engine. Make everything run cleaner, faster, and with fewer mistakes. You own the process.

What You Will Actually Be Responsible For



Not theoretical deliverables. Real outcomes. Speed to lead under 3 minutes for inbound opportunities Flawless CRM hygiene across the entire pipeline Automations that eliminate manual work and increase daily touches Integration of cold call, cold text, direct mail, and PPC channels Seller nurture system that pushes every prospect toward a decision Accurate performance dashboards that keep the team accountable A sales rep experience that lets closers focus only on closing Performance And Revenue Metrics Strong increase in monthly Net Profit driven by better conversion and operational efficiency Improving lead to contract conversion while lowering cost per contract Scaling marketing channels only when Net Profit improves, not vanity revenue Reducing deal fallout and cutting waste in the pipeline that destroys margin Measurable revenue lift per sales rep because your systems make every rep more productive

Tools You Will Live In


Resimpli, LeadZolo, Google Workspace, Zapier, n8n or similar automation tools, call and text systems, KPI trackers, and deal analyzers



Schedule and Compensation


Full-time. All hours are in USD. Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm PST. Remote with some meetings in US hours. Compensation based on experience and track record. Equity or bonus available for top performers who prove they drive revenue.
