Job Summary Protea Hotel Kuramo Waters by Marriott Lagos is looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Pro-active Sales Manager's role involves proactively seeking transient and group opportunities with significant revenue potential. The manager actively upsells each business opportunity to maximize revenue and achieves personal and team-related revenue goals. They ensure proper turnover of business for timely service delivery and drive customer/guest loyalty by providing excellent service throughout each experience, aiming to enhance customer relationships and grow accounts for the company. Education and Experience: Required: - 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; with 5 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area. OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area. Single Status.
