Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, answering product queries. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Promote products, highlight deals, and meet sales targets. Provide information about the products and services. keep up to date with product information.
Requirements
Matric. 0-2 years in retail ( entry-level friendly). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible shifts. Age 18-29 years. * Customer service focus.
