Requirements:
? Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
? Minimum 35 years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 12 years in a sales leadership or management role.

? Strong leadership and people management skills.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
? Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
