Calling all Sales Managers!
Are you seeking career opportunities as a Sales Manager in the Western Cape? Then this opportunity might be for you!
Youll develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for an FMCG company across all local and international markets, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing customer relationships, and building brand equity in alignment with the companys vision and values.
Your knowledge of strategic sales and marketing planning, team management, branding and managing customer relationships will be essential.
Job requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or related field
8+ years experience in a Sales/Marketing leadership role (FMCG preferred)
Proven success in managing teams and driving local and export market growth
Experience working with retailers, distributors, and trade partners in South Africa and abroad
Proficient in CRM and ERP systems
