Job Description
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SALES MANAGER (TELECOMMUNICATIONS / ICT INDUSTRY) for a well-established national concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Business related qualification/s.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Person must be able to speak, read and write English competently.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet) with good software skills and management tools.
ICT sales management experience is essential.
Regularly review sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
Utilize business tools to provide insights to marketing and sales team.
Review sales policies and update when needed.
Identity both successful and failing sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics.
Assist senior management with companys strategic planning.
Communicate effectively with the sales team.
Plan and execute sales meetings.
Interview and train new sales staff and oversee onboarding tasks as required.
Achieve / exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Understand category specific landscapes and trends.
Establish, maintain and develop business relationships.
Strong staff management skills.
Would only suit a well-presented and well-spoken individual.
