Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and industry trends
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• High level of professionalism and customer focus
