We're expanding our go-to-market team and hiring a
Sales Manager
who can lead reps through complex deals and coach them to success.
You'll manage and mentor Account Executives, drive outbound sales strategy, and partner with Revenue and Product leaders to shape a scalable GTM engine. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in startup environments and wants to grow a winning team.
What You'll Do:
Coach and manage AEs navigating long, strategic sales cycles
Support pipeline development and ensure consistent deal velocity
Align with Product, Marketing, and RevOps on execution and feedback loops
Monitor performance metrics using Salesforce and Gong
Help build repeatable sales infrastructure for future growth
What You Bring:
6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role
Proven ability to mentor reps and influence GTM strategy
Proficient in CRM and sales tools; data-driven and process-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally during ET hours
Bonus:
Experience scaling sales teams in early-stage startups
