Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the steel industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize their potential and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, providing accurate and timely updates to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the steel industry or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the steel industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and MS Office Suite.
