Experience in selling generators and heavy equipment
Proven track record of sales/sales management, experience in sales on a national level
Experience in heavy equipment
High emotional intelligence
Organizational awareness, proven track record of working with systems
Willing to travel
Proven track record in management experience
Relevant qualifications-Business management, sales or marketing
3 to 5 years management experience within generator environment
Valid driver's license
Competent in MS Office Suite
Key responsibility
Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Develop and maintain key customer relationships
Ensure a sales balance amongst sectors, customers, sub-regions
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
Collaborate with operations and service teams to develop and promote service packages for maintenance and servicing generators, ensuring that they are competitive and align with customer needs
Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and make strategic adjustments as needed
Monitor service delivery standards to ensure that all hires and servicing incidents are handled to the highest quality, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines
Establish a mechanism for collecting and analyzing customer feedback regarding the hiring and servicing experience to continually improve service offerings
