: As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commitment to delivering exceptional products and services. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to optimize revenue generation and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and guide a nationwide team of sales consultants to achieve sales objectives and maintain productive and professional relationships with stores, including sales consultants and store managers.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop business relationships in line with the company''''s growth objectives.
  • Client Solutions: Offer timely and effective solutions aligned with clients'''' evolving needs, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Procurement departments to maintain brand consistency and keep stores updated on new product launches.
  • Market Development: Identify new markets for the company''''s products and services, leveraging industry contacts and market insights to drive growth.
  • Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve specific objectives and goals.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate store performance and provide constructive feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Stock Management: Align stock mix and levels with sales targets to ensure optimal inventory management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the high-end furniture or homeware industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data skill, ideally strong working with Excel.
  • HubSpot sale professional- knowledge would be an advantage
